Task ForceThe methods for further LABS/Q® advancements are specified in the QM system of the iCD. GmbH. In this context the LABS/Q® Task Force plays an essential role. This Task Force is the proxy of LABS/Q® users. It is being voted or confirmed in the course of the annual user meeting. The task force in cooperation with the chairman acts as user representation with respect to the iCD. GmbH. One of its main tasks is to collect information, change requests and ideas for add-on's. Quarterly, the collected information will be discussed together with the responsible department managers and the company management. Commonly, the meeting defines priorities and release dates (process instruction VA-GL026). The group performs audits at the iCD. GmbH and they are involved in the release of new standard versions. |

GxP Working Party: The GxP working party includes those users of LABS/Q® who apply the LIMS in the context of GxP requirements. A meeting of this group takes place at least once a year immediately before the user meeting. At such a meeting the working party exchanges information and defines requirements which must be fulfilled by LABS/Q® with respect to GxP conditions. Moreover, they talk over necessities, requirements,utilities and the enforcement of qualification / validation for LABS/Q®. If needed, dates for additional meetings of the working party will be fixed. |
